The Sunday Look | Soft Tones

My outfit consists of a grey oversized sweater and a grey midaxi skirt! I totally think this outfit would look better without tights but it is just way to cold here in NY. I decided to tie the sweater up with just a normal hair tie. Another option could have been tucking in the sweater or doing a relaxed tuck- this is where you just tuck in the front and let the back hang out. I choose to do the hair tie because the sweater is too big to tuck in. The extra fabric makes the skirt too sloppy in the booty area and hides the idea of the high wasted skirt. I added a black tank under the sweater to even out the look of the black tights. Sort of a color blocking idea…

My sweet Pax! He is a HUGE cheeser! No joke, he says cheese from the time the phone is in his face to the time I say, “got it, all done!” This sweatshirt is from the Cara Loren Shop! She is just way too cool! We love rhinos for Pax and have done rhino toys and such for him his whole life! When I learned that she did children’s clothing and rhino’s were an option, it was love at first sight!

My crazy G- This poor kid, I think he is so over getting his picture taken. I’m not willing to stop so I just work with what he gives me! He finds a way to make me laugh everyday! You can’t see much of his outfit, but I’m sure you can catch the idea… He is wearing a grey sweater that is pretty identical to Josh’s. He wore his sweat pants for the picture but later put on black jeans to “look just like Daddy!” Whatever kid- it worked out!!

My babe is in a grey sweater, black jeans, and a black suede boot.
